The like to Master Richard de Havering, constable of Bordeaux, to deliver to him; or his said attorneys, the office of the constableship.

The like to John Gritardi, controller of Bordeaux, to deliver the office of the controllership.

The like to James de Montibus, judge of the greater seneschalcy of the Agenais, to deliver the office of the judgeship.

The like to Frisotus de Monte Claro, treasurer of the Agenais.

Pardon to Raymond de Funganan of 40l. for wine and corn lent to him in the late time of war in the duchy [of Aquitaine], and for arrears of the issues of the bailiwicks of the towns of Villereal (de villa regali) Condac and Leyburn, which he held of the king after the close of the war.

Grant to Poncius, lord of Châtillon, of the fines or forfeitures due to the king by reason of the trespasses committed at the castle of Lavardak by the men of Joan de Perogort, late the wife of Peter de Burdegala, and others, against Otto de Casa Nova and his men, at the time the latter was seneschal of the Agenais, and he may pardon them if he pleases.
