Grant to John, lord of Gramont and Cama, and his wife Mary de Montaut, lady of Mussyden and Blaye, who has been disinherited of the town, castle and castellany of Mussyden and Pelegrue since the death of her father, of all goods and lands of rebels within their lands and castellany of Blaye or their other lands within the king's jurisdiction. Mandate in pursuance to the seneschal of Aquitaine and the constable of Bordeaux and their lieutenants and the chancellor and other ministers and officers of the kingthere. By K.

Grant, at the supplication of the said John and Mary, because the king's progenitors assigned to her predecessors the great custom of 600 tuns of wine amounting to 600 old crowns yearly from the castle of Bordeaux from the first wines customed there, of which she cannot be paid, that she shall be paid each year from the wines from the town and castellany of Blaye and any deficit shall be paid by the constable of Bordeaux from the customs of the first wines at the castle of Bordeaux.
